Here is a nice little Tizen Tool which is created and distributed by Kirill Chuvilin, the Tizen Developer Evangelist for Russia. This tool is a Tizen Live USB lubuntu 13.04 64Bit OS that has the Tizen 2.2 SDK installed which can be run Live or can be installed locally.
To create the live USB, it is recommended to use Ubuntu Live USB Creator with Ubuntu or Universal USB Installer (Select “try unlisted linux iso” in the list) on Windows. They retain the original menu loading. Be careful in creating writing space (casper.rw) on your USB device. It could occur performance problems if your USB device is not fast enough.
